Return and Exchange Policy:

• Pls ship the items back to us within 14 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition. We will not accept returns for items that have been mishandled, lost, heavily worn, or damaged due to user error.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Engraved & Custom Items:
• Engraved and Made-to-order rings are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are considered final sale.

• Return/Exchange Shipping Costs:

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

• Refund Processing Time:

• The refund processing time for returns and exchanges is 2 business days after we receive the returned item.
